Bible Study Institute (BSI) derives its operational principles entirely from Scripture:

Since every born-again believer has received at least one spiritual gift (1 Corinthians 12:11), BSI treats everyone as a minister.

Since everyone is a minister by the grace of God, BSI equips believers of all ages and walks of life to serve God as living sacrifices (Romans 12:1), and to undergo transformation by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2).

Since Christ alone is the Master, BSI trains existing disciples to enroll new classmates in the school of Christ as they go about their daily business, and so fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

We therefore empower people to use their God-given gifts so they can achieve their God-given goals by equipping them to connect with Christ and stay connected with Him, through His Word--so they can answer God's call and grow under His direct leadership for the rest of their lives.
